An amazing opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a growing accounting firm in the CBD!! This role will suit somebody who is looking to take the next step in their career!
Duties:The successful candidate will work on a full time basis, as the administrator for this busy firm! You will be the first point of contact for clients, and assist with a lot of adhoc administrative duties.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls
- Responding to emails
- Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
- Lodgement of tax returns, BAS/IAS statements
- Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants
- Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships
Skills & experience: - Must have experience within a public practice accounting firm
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation
- Passion for professional services
- Interested in furthering your career
