Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant with experience in public practice accounting firms to join their team. This role will provide support to their growing team of approximately 60 staff. This role will work alongside the offshore admin team while providing a strong in-person presence at the office.
Key Responsibilities: - General administrative support across the firm
- Management of client database with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Client onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of all relevant correspondence
- Liaising with ASIC and maintaining compliance requirements
- Preparation and lodgement of forms via CAS360
- Ad-hoc reception coverage as required
- Preparation of internal reports
Skills and Experience Required: - 3+ years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
- Strong working knowledge of ASIC processes and CAS360
- Experience using Xero Practice Manager and FYI Docs
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing workflows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mid-sized firm environment
