This role a career defining opportunity for a 3+ corporate M&A lawyer to play a key role alongside great partners and consistently advise on high value mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), corporate finance, private equity, IPOs, due diligence and compliance with cross-border aspects
You're a 3+ PAE corporate M&A lawyer with developed technical skills and commercial nous. You want exposure to high stakes deals with a team that focuses on quality and client satisfaction, not the time sheet.
