General bookkeeping and accounts duties working in a supportive team environment.
The Firm:Our client has a very busy suburban practice and are now seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk to step in and assist their accounts department. Work within a vibrant and energetic team building you career in a unique, professional and rewarding sector.
Role responsibilities: - Daily reconciliations of accounts
- Management of all accounts for the firm
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices
- Experience using Practice Evolve
Skills & Experience: - You will ideally have experience in a law firm in Accounts.Competency in Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 3+ years experience within a law firm as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk is preferable.
- Graduates may be considered if they some recent hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
