This is a wonderful opportunity to join a global Law firm in their Melbourne office. As the Secretary / Assistant for the Construction and Engineering practice, this role will support a Partner and other Lawyers in the team.
Your typical duties will include:
- Diary & email management
- Organising domestic travel
- Management of a high volume of internal and external calls
- Extensive billing
- Preparing and editing legal documentation, drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Reconciliation of corporate expenses
- File management including opening and closing files
- Adhoc administrative support as required
