Legal Assistant – Family Law Our client, a well-respected boutique family law firm located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, is seeking a motivated and organised Legal Assistant to join their close-knit and friendly team.

The Role This is a busy and engaging position where you will play an important role supporting the legal team across a variety of family law matters.
Key responsibilities: - Diary and appointment management
- Dictation and document preparation
- Drafting and preparing court documents
- Lodging court documents
- Managing client enquiries and communication
- Drafting emails and general correspondence
- Billing support
- File management and matter organisation
- General administrative assistance to the wider team
You will be a part of a supportive admin group in a firm that genuinely values collaboration and a positive working environment.
About You: - Candidates with 1+ year of family law experience, or students with a strong interest in family law
- Strong administrators looking to step into a legal assistant role
You will bring: - Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Confidence managing a high volume of enquiries
- Accurate dictation and document formatting abilities
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others
