- 1 Director
- 2 Senior Counsel
- 1 Associate
- 1 Lawyer
- 1 Law Clerk
- 1 Paralegal
The structure ensures you are supported, valued and part of a collaborative environment where your contribution genuinely matters the role is working closely with senior practitioners.
Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence
- Filing documents via the Commonwealth Courts Portal
- Managing diaries and critical deadlines
- Liaising confidently with clients, counsel and the Courts
- Assisting with briefing counsel and trial preparation
- High-level file management and organisation
This role requires someone who understands family law processes, court etiquette, urgency and discretion, and who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About you: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Family Law (essential)
- Strong understanding of family law procedures and court processes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, empathetic and composed communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities
