We are partnering with a dynamic and collaborative commercial litigation team seeking a motivated Lawyer to join their growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer who thrives in a people first environment, enjoys autonomy, and is ready to take full carriage of their matters.
You will work on a range of commercial disputes, including contractual, property, leasing, building, and construction matters, managing files from start to finish while liaising directly with clients. The role involves attending court, drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting legal research, and supporting senior lawyers on complex matters. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and build strong, long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full carriage of commercial litigation matters with autonomy
- Advise clients on disputes across commercial, property, leasing, building, and construction areas
- Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings and assist with the preparation and conduct of litigation
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development initiatives
- Support senior lawyers on complex matters and contribute to team growth
- 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally with experience managing the full carriage of matters
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial law and excellent drafting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, client focused approach
- Collaborative, team oriented mindset with excellent communication and relationship skills
