Working closely with respected Partners, you will advise a sophisticated client base comprising employers, private companies, SMEs and high net worth individuals across a broad range of industries. The practice offers a genuine mix of both litigation and advisory work, ensuring a varied and intellectually engaging workload.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate seeking greater autonomy, meaningful client contact, leadership responsibility and a clear pathway towards partnership.
You will be entrusted with running matters from inception to resolution, providing strategic advice and representing clients across a range of employment and workplace relations issues, including:
- Employment disputes and litigation
- Unfair dismissal and general protections matters
- Restraint of trade disputes
- Workplace investigations
- Employment contracts and executive arrangements
- Workplace policies and compliance advice
- Industrial relations and workplace risk management
- Discrimination and workplace conduct matters
You will work directly with clients, take ownership of files and play an active role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team.
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Approximately 5+ years' PQE in employment and workplace relations law
- Strong technical skills across both advisory and litigation matters
- The ability to confidently manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking capability
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
- A genuine interest in contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice
