The role - Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- General finance administration
- Supporting the wider bookkeeping function
- Assisting with fortnightly payroll for approximately 25 staff
- Processing payroll through Employment Hero
- Working with MYOB AccountRight
It's a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, busy and involved. You'll have plenty of variety and won't be tucked away in a highly siloed finance function.
Ideally, you'll have: - Previous bookkeeping experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and data entry
- Experience with MYOB - AccountRight is advantageous, but broader MYOB experience will absolutely be considered
- Previous payroll experience
- Employment Hero experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, reliable and can-do attitude
- The ability to manage a busy workload and keep things moving
