- Commercial agreements, contracts and business transactions
- Business sales, acquisitions and corporate matters
- Shareholder, partnership and commercial disputes
- Commercial and property-related matters
This isn't a generalist position; the firm is looking for someone with established expertise in particular areas of commercial practice, along with the connections and commercial instincts to develop new client relationships and referral opportunities.

Mentorship from an experienced specialist. Work closely with a senior commercial lawyer who enjoys mentoring others and is keen to pass on their knowledge as you develop your practice.
