Working with an impressive client base spanning ASX-listed companies, high-net-worth individuals, SMEs and medium to large businesses, this firm handles sophisticated and commercially significant disputes.

The Work You will work across a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including:
- Commercial and corporate litigation.
- Shareholder and corporate disputes.
- Contractual disputes and commercial claims.
- Equity, trusts and fiduciary duty claims.
- Australian Consumer Law claims, including misleading or deceptive conduct.
- Directors' duties and corporations law matters.
Matters are regularly conducted in the Federal Court and Supreme Court, providing exposure to sophisticated litigation and complex legal issues.
You'll be involved in all stages of proceedings, working closely with senior lawyers and gaining valuable experience across research, drafting, pleadings, evidence, strategy and court preparation.
About You You will ideally have:
- 1–3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
- Training within a reputable top or mid-tier law firm.
- Exposure to complex commercial disputes, ideally involving corporate law, equity, trusts, contractual or ACL claims.
- A strong academic record and excellent technical ability.
- Exceptional analytical, research and written communication skills.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in complex commercial litigation.
