The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad range of conveyancing
matters from start to finish, including:
- Standard purchase and sale transactions
- Transfers pursuant to Family Law Orders
- Deceased estate property matters
- Subdivisions and development matters
- Client liaison and file management throughout the conveyancing process
About You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous end-to-end conveyancing experience
- Strong file management and technical conveyancing skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
