The RoleThey are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to oversee corporate secretarial functions and ensure smooth management of clients’ compliance requirements. This is a 100% office-based role on St Kilda Road, with some flexibility as needed. You’ll manage a portfolio of sophisticated clients and support multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities - Onboard new companies and trusts in CAS360
- Maintain and update corporate structure documents and files
- Manage ASIC Annual Company Statements and ensure compliance
- Oversee KYC requirements and maintain internal databases (MYOB & CAS360)
- Coordinate incorporation of new entities and liaise with clients and accountants
- Handle corporate billing, ABN and TFN applications
- Support tax administrative processes and general secretarial duties
- Maintain accurate corporate records and manage correspondence
About You You bring strong corporate secretarial experience within an accounting or professional services environment, with a reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and initiative.
