This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Family Law practice where junior and mid-level lawyers are given real responsibility, plenty of client exposure and the opportunity to build their skills across the full spectrum of Family Law.
You’ll work across parenting, property, IVOs, child support and complex family law litigation, with the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning of a matter through to resolution. That means attending client meetings, drafting, discovery, preparing matters for Court and appearing where appropriate — rather than being stuck doing administrative tasks.

You’ll be joining a close-knit Family Law team within a broader group of around 22 people, including experienced lawyers and strong support staff. It’s a genuinely open-door environment; if you have a question, you can ask it. If you need a second opinion, someone is there to help.
The team places a lot of importance on personality and culture. They’re looking for someone who is hardworking, determined, positive and personable, and who genuinely wants to contribute to the wider team.
You’ll ideally have 2-5 years’ post-admission experience in Family Law, with your experience coming from a practice where Family Law is a core part of the work you do.
We’re looking for someone who has built a solid foundation and is now ready for more responsibility, greater exposure and the opportunity to really develop their practice.
Most importantly, we need someone who is committed to building a career in Family Law and looking for a long-term home.
