You’ll work across a varied mix of commercial, property and general litigation matters, advising businesses, company owners, developers and private clients.
Expect a hands-on role involving matters such as commercial agreements, shareholder arrangements and disputes, property-related work and broader commercial litigation. You’ll manage your own files and client relationships, with the support of a small team and the opportunity to share your experience with junior lawyers.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the legal work itself, values client relationships and wants to contribute to a growing practice. An existing network and an interest in business development are welcome, but you won’t be expected to step into a traditional partnership role to succeed!
If you’re an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong grounding in commercial law and ideally some property and/or litigation experience, you’ll be confident running your own matters, comfortable dealing directly with clients and enjoy being someone others can learn from.
