Senior Accountant Manager (X3 Roles) | Hybrid Roles

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive firms where you'll work closely with Partners and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You'll provide high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services while building long-term client relationships and contributing to the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and self-managed superannuation funds.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and compliance work.
  • Deliver taxation, accounting and business advisory services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive advice.
  • Assist clients with tax planning, business structuring and commercial decision-making.
  • Review work completed by junior accountants and provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and ongoing support.
  • Manage workflow, budgets and client deadlines to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Partners to identify opportunities to add value to clients.
About You

To be successful, you will have:
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Extensive experience within Australian public practice accounting.
  • Strong technical knowledge across taxation and compliance.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
