Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning Sydney law firm, is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their established Wills & Estates team. This firm is looking for an individual looking to work on high-quality matter which will give them the ability to develop their wills and estates careers in a supportive environment.
About the Role
You will manage a diverse range of matters, including complex estate litigation, while working alongside highly experienced practitioners. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your matters, build strong client relationships and mentor junior lawyers within a well-resourced and established team.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a diverse range of estate planning, succession, trusts and estate administration matters.
- Work on complex contested estates and equity litigation.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and develop strong, trusted client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers and team members.
- Collaborate with experienced practitioners on interesting and challenging matters.
About You
You will be an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer with 5+ years PQE and a strong background in estate planning, administration and litigation. You will bring excellent client relationship skills, confidence in managing complex matters and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues. You will have an interest in mentoring others and continuing your professional development will see you thrive in this role.
