A well-established boutique firm in Malvern is looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel-level commercial lawyer to join its growing team. Working directly with the Director, you’ll initially step into a genuine 2IC role, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and become the key senior lawyer within the practice.
This would suit someone who is technically strong, commercially minded and ready to mentor others, with the confidence to take ownership of matters and help shape the continued growth of the team.
The work - Broad commercial matters for medical and healthcare professionals, SMEs and sporting clients
- Commercial transactions, advisory work and general commercial matters
- Opportunity to handle complex matters with a high level of autonomy
- Some litigation experience would be highly regarded
- Opportunity to develop or bring across your own referral network/client base
The opportunity - Genuine 2IC position, reporting directly to a Director
- Become the senior point of contact for two capable junior Senior Associates
- Take on greater responsibility as you establish yourself within the team
- Play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Scope to build your own practice and contribute to the continued growth of the commercial team
