An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded Melbourne law firm and play a key role in the continued growth of its Property practice.
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Special Counsel or established junior Partner to work directly alongside an experienced Property Partner as a genuine second-in-command.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys sophisticated commercial property work, wants significant autonomy and is ready to take ownership of complex matters, client relationships and the development of a growing team.
You will manage a broad range of high-quality commercial property and development matters, working with an impressive client base that includes property developers, retirement living operators, hotel and hospitality groups and other sophisticated commercial clients.
Your work will include: - Complex commercial property transactions and acquisitions.
- Property development and large-scale development projects.
- Commercial leasing.
- Advising developers and investors on property-related matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
You will have full carriage of your matters and direct client contact, with the autonomy to manage files independently while working closely with an experienced Partner when required.
There is also an opportunity to take on a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior lawyers, providing technical guidance and helping improve precedents, processes and efficiencies across the practice.
