Seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join a boutique firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal advice and a personalised service to its clients.
About the Role
This role would suit a lawyer who is looking to develop their experience in this area and build a long-term career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will work closely with the team on a range of wills and estates matters, providing advice and assistance to private clients while developing your technical and client-facing skills.
The firm has a small team of approximately six employees, creating a friendly environment where everyone works closely together and contributes to the overall success of the practise.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a range of wills and estates matters
- Provide advice and assistance to private clients
- Draft and review legal documents
- Assist with estate administration
- Communicate with clients and other relevant parties
- Manage files and ensure matters are handled efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Develop your knowledge and experience in wills and estates
Previous wills and estates experience is highly desired but is not essential. The right attitude, willingness to learn and cultural fit are equally important.
About You
Looking for a hardworking and reliable lawyer with 2+ years PQE who is keen to develop their career in wills and estates. You will be a strong communicator, have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as a part of a small, close-knit team. You will have a genuine interest in this area, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude who will fit well within the team.
