The Opportunity
This is the perfect next step for an experienced Senior Accountant or Client Manager who’s looking for more autonomy, client ownership, and leadership responsibilities.
Your role will include:
- Managing and growing strong client relationships
- Advising clients across tax, business services, and strategy
- Leading client consultations and adding value through insights
- Mentoring and reviewing work of junior staff and an Assistant Manager
- Overseeing workflow and maintaining high service standards
- Completing and reviewing tax returns and financials (initially, with a shift toward full client management over time)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Australian public practice
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- Strong technical knowledge in business services and tax
- Experience training and mentoring staff
- Confident communicator with a consultative approach
