Our client is a thriving financial practice based near the Shire of Yarra Ranges area. They provide high quality customer service to their clients and specialise in business services, tax and superannuation services.
The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth my client is now looking for an outgoing and experienced Administration Assistant to join their growing team on a part time basis - 3 days per week!
Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing ATO emails and correspondences
- Collating tax returns and financial statements
- Invoicing
- Assisting with workflow management for the accountants
- Organizing payments, chasing debtors
- Relief reception when required
Skills & experience: - Excellent communication skills and written skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Team player willing to assist others
- Strong attention to detail
