The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the firm. You’ll work closely with accountants, managers, and partners, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and competently. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take the next step in their administrative career within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities - Front desk reception duties and greeting clients
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Assisting with document preparation and formatting
- Managing client correspondence and database updates
- Booking and coordinating meetings and events
- Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
- Supporting accounting and advisory teams with ad hoc tasks
About You - Previous experience in an administrative or client services role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
