The Opportunity
You will join a highly regarded Corporate team of approximately 45 lawyers, including seven Partners, Managing Associates and a Special Counsel, within a broader Corporate practice of approximately 90–100 professionals.

The team works on some of Australia’s most significant transactions, advising leading companies, private equity sponsors and global organisations across a diverse range of industries.

Your experience may include:

• Public and private M&A transactions;
• Equity capital markets;
• Corporate advisory and governance matters;
• Complex strategic transactions;
• Advising leading Australian and international clients.

The team works across a broad range of sectors including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, healthcare, media, technology and retail.

About You
This opportunity is suited to a lawyer with approximately 5-7 years PQE who has developed strong Corporate/M&A experience within a top-tier environment.

You will ideally have:

• Experience from a leading Australian or international Corporate practice;
• Strong exposure to sophisticated M&A transactions;
• Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement;
• A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing.

The team is particularly interested in lawyers from leading practices who are looking to continue building their career within a highly regarded Corporate team.
