The Role As a Bookkeeper, you’ll work closely with clients and accountants to manage end-to-end bookkeeping tasks, including: - Payroll across multiple systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly IAS/BAS returns.
- Accounts payable, receivable, superannuation, Workcover, payroll tax, and other legislative obligations.
- Journal entries, reconciliations, and data entry.
- Maintaining accurate client records electronically.
- Liaising with clients and statutory authorities.
- Managing your own workflow to deliver timely and accurate services.

What We’re Looking For - Experience in bookkeeping within public practice or a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in payroll, BAS/IAS, and bookkeeping systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach to managing deadlines.
