The Role
Our client is seeking a Manager with previous team management experience. You will manage a portfolio of small to medium business clients, oversee workflow, mentor junior staff, and engage directly with clients.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing and building your own client portfolio
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff
- Collaborating with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
- 7+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
- Proven experience managing a team
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset
