Reporting directly to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering business advisory services, including tax planning, management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, estate planning, and other advisory work
- Advising on complex Australian tax matters with accuracy and confidence
- Managing a growing portfolio of SMEs and building strong client relationships
- Mentoring and managing junior staff to support their development
- Contributing to the growth and culture of the firm
We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and high-performing professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:
- CPA or CA qualified
- Minimum 5 years’ Australian tax experience in public practice
- Strong technical knowledge in business services, advisory, and tax
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively
