As the firm continues to expand, they’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented
Client Services Administrator who thrives on variety, loves being at the heart of the action, and enjoys making a real impact every day.
About the Role This is far from a typical admin role. You’ll be a central part of keeping the firm running like clockwork, supporting accountants, partners, and clients alike. Your work will be diverse, hands-on, and incredibly rewarding.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Managing ASIC and CAS360 compliance tasks
- Assisting with ATO lodgements and client onboarding
- Preparing and maintaining client records and correspondence
- Coordinating annual tax packs and company/trust setups
- Handling client calls and reception duties with professionalism
- Supporting the broader admin and accounting teams
- Managing office databases (APS and Virtual Cabinet)
- Assisting with team meetings, catering, and events
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines energy, initiative, and professionalism with a passion for keeping things running seamlessly.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
- Experience in a public practice accounting firm (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of ASIC and CAS360
- A keen eye for detail and a love for efficiency
- Confidence in communicating with clients and team members
- Strong Microsoft Office and workflow management skills
