The Role
This is a key front-line position where you will be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting both them and the internal team with a range of administrative purposes. You’ll be influential in maintaining smooth operations, client satisfaction, and accurate record keeping.
Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming client enquiries and correspondence
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the firm
- Build and maintain positive, professional client relationships
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain client databases and update records accurately
- Assist with general administration duties as required
- Record and track client communications and activities
About You - Previous experience in a public practice accounting firm (essential)
- Understanding of SMSFs, tax compliance, or corporate finance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Xero Practice Manager and MYOB is desirable but not essential
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
