juicy opportunity with a warm, people-focused accounting firm based in Hawthorn. Known for their approachable style and commitment to exceptional client service, this growing firm is now seeking an experienced Administrator to join their collaborative, high-performing team. 
The Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll play a key part in supporting accountants and ensuring the smooth running of client and compliance processes. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything organised — from ASIC and ATO administration to client communication, internal coordination, and partner support. 
Key Responsibilities  - Manage ASIC-related matters, including annual company returns, client enquiries, and lodgements
- Administer and maintain CAS360 records
- Handle ATO correspondence and lodgements
- Onboard new clients and maintain client databases (APS, Virtual Cabinet)
- Prepare engagement documents and annual tax packs
- Establish companies and trusts via Cleardocs/Maddocks
- Provide administrative and PA support to senior accountants and partners
- Assist with reception duties and client communication
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and training sessions
- Support ad hoc administrative and compliance tasks as needed

 - Strong knowledge of ASIC processes and CAS360
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication and client service skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working in an accounting or professional services firm
