Client Services Coordinator - Melbourne CBD
Client Services Coordinator - Footscray
Client Services Coordinator - St Kilda Road
Duties may include:
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of database/client records
- Typing up of letters to clients
- Filing electronic letters/documents
- Organising appointments with clients
- Liaising with the ATO
- Reviewing and checking client documents
- Assistance with ASIC corporate compliance including annual reviews, setting up of entities/trusts etc.
- Lodgements
- Ad hoc administrative duties
About You - Previous Client Services experience or administration experience within an Accounting practice
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
- Experience with the following software would be beneficial Xero, BGL CAS360, FYIdocs, ATOmate, XPM
