The Role - Make an Impact Every Day
As the Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the practice, owning key administrative, compliance, and client-related processes. Expect variety, responsibility, and the chance to take real pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
You’ll be involved in: - Setting up new clients across practice management, accounting databases, and the ATO Portal
- Lodging BAS, IAS, tax returns and statutory documents
- Preparing workpapers, trust minutes, dividend statements and compliance documents
- Managing ATO registrations, cancellations, lodgement tracking and client updates
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, room bookings and all client communication
- Preparing Terms of Engagement and collating financial statements and tax returns
- Managing mail, filing, workflow and general office administration
- Supporting the SMSF team with documentation and workflow setup
- Monitoring debtor accounts and assisting with collections
- Keeping the practice moving, organised and on track

About You
You’ll shine here if you bring:
- At least four years’ experience as a Client Services Coordinator in public practice
- Strong knowledge of accounting administration and ATO processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Warm, polished communication skills and a true client-first approach
- Tech-savvy confidence across practice management and accounting software
- A proactive, organised, team-oriented mindset
