Commercial Lawyer - 3-4+ yrs PQE

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer ready to step into a role with real responsibility, high quality work and long term progression.

You will join a well established commercial team advising long standing hospitality and gaming clients on business sales, acquisitions and leasing matters. You will manage files end to end with genuine autonomy, while working closely with highly experienced partners who actively mentor and support their lawyers.

The firm has exceptionally low turnover and a proven track record of developing lawyers from junior level through to partnership.

What You Will Be Doing

• Running sale and purchase of business matters
• Advising on commercial leasing
• Acting for established hospitality and gaming clients
• Managing files autonomously with partner support
• Working directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Collaborating with and mentoring junior lawyers

• 3-4+ years PQE in Commercial Law
• Experience across general commercial matters including leasing and business sales
• Confidence running matters with autonomy
• Strong client communication and commercial judgement
• Ambition to build a long-term career and progress into leadership
