Commercial Litigation - 3-6 Years PQE

About the Role

What You’ll Be Working On
A diverse and challenging mix of:

• Commercial litigation
• Insolvency and debt recovery
• Property disputes
• Construction litigation

You’ll be working closely with a client base made up of small to medium businesses, high net worth individuals, and referral partners, giving you exposure to a wide variety of industries and issues.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
• Confident managing matters independently, including court work and client contact
• Experience in property or construction disputes is highly desirable
• An interest in business development and growing your own client relationships
• Someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and keen to be part of a firm in growth mode

You’ll join the Melbourne Commercial Litigation team, working closely with two highly regarded partners. The team has a friendly and supportive culture with a strong focus on collaboration - and there's lots of cross office work with the Sydney litigation team.
