About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue their career and gain experience at a reputable company. As a Conveyancer in the property law team, you will be responsible for running more complex files start to finish. You will have direct client contact in this role, servicing a variety of clients spanning from wealthy individuals to general mum & dad files.
You will play a role in providing mentorship to other legal administrators in the team, and will work collaboratively with your peers. In addition to this, you will receive exceptional mentorship directly from the firm’s experienced partner and lawyers.
Responsibilities and duties may include - Running files from start to finish
- Reviewing various documents and files
- Managing transfers
- Preparation of legal documents
- Use of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlements
- File management including opening and closing files
- Managing diary appointments
- Drafting general correspondence of documents and letters
- Other general administrative duties as required
About you Our client is looking for a hard-working and dedicated individual to join their team. They are seeking someone with a wealth of knowledge to bring with them. You will have strong communication, time management skills and leadership skills.
You will have conveyancing experience with PEXA and LEAP to be considered.
