 Our client is a commercial law firm based in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. They are a friendly, established and growing practice, which prides itself on an inclusive and open office culture with low staff turnover and approachable principals.     
 In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Conveyancer and supporting with conveyancing administration managing a range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.  
Typical duties include:  - Preparation of legal document
- Use of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlements
- Liaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancers.
- Attend to all administration tasks associated with conveyancing files including scanning, filing and invoicing
- File management including opening and closing files
- Managing diary appointments
- Drafting general correspondence of documents and letters
- Other general administrative duties as required
About you The successful applicant will have 3 + years experience in conveyancing and have the ability to hit the ground running.
