About the firm
My client is a well-known firm who are highly successful competitors in the market. Overall, they are a multidisciplinary firm, however they are currently looking to grow their talented Corporate and Commercial team. This is a team that services both Australian and International clients, bringing in a busy stream of work within an established clientele.
In becoming part of this team, you will have the opportunity to have a long-term career within the firm with countless opportunities for career progression – all the way up to Partner level. For now, you will work closely with a supportive Partner and Special Counsel who create a fantastic working environment that will allow you to learn and thrive within your role.
About the position
This is an interesting position which covers a broad range of Corporate and Commercial matters. Your key focus will be on M&A and Capital Markets work, along with general Commercial Contractual matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong foundations within Corporate and Commercial law, being able to hit the ground running on interesting files. If you are less familiar with some other areas of the work, the Partner and Special Counsel are hands on with providing mentorship and training – so you will have the chance to broaden your skill-set!
