Corporate & Commercial Lawyer - 2+ years PQE

You’ll gain meaningful exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, while being trusted with real responsibility from early in your career. This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer who enjoys understanding the bigger picture, working closely with clients and developing strong technical and advisory skills within a supportive team environment.

Working as part of a collaborative Corporate & Commercial team, you will assist clients on a diverse range of matters including:

• Corporate governance and regulatory advice for schools, charities and not-for-profit organisations
• Commercial agreements, including funding arrangements, sponsorships, consultancy agreements and related party arrangements
• Reviewing and drafting governing documents, policies and constitutional documents
• Advising on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements
• Supporting business structures, restructures and organisational changes
• Providing practical advice to clients navigating complex governance and operational issues

You will work closely with experienced practitioners, gaining exposure to high-quality advisory work while developing your ability to manage matters, build client relationships and contribute to strategic outcomes.

This opportunity would suit a Lawyer with:

• 1-2 years PQE experience in Corporate & Commercial law
• Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in advisory work and building client relationships
• Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn across a broad range of matters
• The ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of your responsibilities
• A proactive approach and desire to continue developing professionally

Experience within the education, charity or not-for-profit sectors would be highly regarded, however it is not essential. The team is open to lawyers from a strong commercial background who are looking to develop their expertise in a meaningful and specialised area.
