Working closely with a highly regarded Partner, you'll advise on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic commercial advice, corporate governance and major transactions. You'll also have the opportunity to gain exposure to significant renewable energy projects and work alongside one of Australia's most recognised energy law practitioners.

You'll work across a diverse range of matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Corporate restructures and business sales
- Commercial contracting and strategic advice
- Corporate governance and advisory work
- Major projects across a range of industries
- Renewable energy transactions, including project acquisitions, development and related commercial matters
The practice acts for an impressive client base across Australia, delivering commercially focused advice on complex transactions and business-critical matters. You'll work closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of transactions, gaining significant responsibility and hands-on experience.

You will ideally have: - 5+ years' post-admission experience in Corporate & Commercial law
- Strong experience across M&A and commercial transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to problem solving
- The ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
