As their new Corporate Secretarial Administrator, you’ll join a supportive team where your expertise will be recognised, your initiative encouraged, and your career development backed every step of the way.
About the Role Reporting directly to the Partners, you’ll oversee all corporate secretarial compliance tasks and provide high-level administrative support to clients. You’ll work closely with both local and offshore teams while being part of a tight-knit admin team of three, alongside a full-time Receptionist.
This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills and client service mindset will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities - Manage all corporate secretarial compliance requirements
- Oversee and guide offshore staff in preparing Annual Company Statements
- Set up new entities (Companies, Trusts, SMSFs, Partnerships) and associated tax registrations
- Liaise with ASIC and ATO on notices, letters, and registrations
- Assist with client onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and queries
- Maintain databases across BGL CAS360 and MYOB AO
- Manage electronic signing and ATO documentation via ATOMate (training provided)
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, archiving, and occasional reception cover
About You - Experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, or a similar professional services role
- Proficiency in BGL CAS360 and NowInfinity highly regarded
- Knowledge of MYOB AO an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and client service focus
