A well established and rapidly growing private client firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Estate Litigation team in Melbourne!
This is a key role within a busy and expanding practice, offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex estate disputes while working alongside experienced and accredited specialists in the field. The team is led by an accredited specialist and supported by a deep bench of senior practitioners across estate litigation, estate planning, and superannuation.
You will manage your own files, advising on a broad range of estate disputes, while also collaborating with senior lawyers on more complex matters. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, this role is ideal for someone looking to step into a position with genuine autonomy and long term progression.

- Running estate litigation matters independently from start to finish
- Advising on complex wills and estate disputes
- Supporting senior practitioners on high value and technical matters

- 4+ years PQE with solid experience in estate litigation
- Ability to confidently manage and progress your own files
- Strong client management and communication skills
- A proactive, team oriented approach
- A portable practice is advantageous but not essential
- Significant pipeline of quality estate litigation work
