About the Role
This is more than just an Executive Assistant position, it’s an opportunity to grow and progress within a supportive and ambitious firm.
You will be the right-hand support to the Practice Manager and Director, while gaining exposure to the broader operations of the practice. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway to expand your responsibilities and develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities - Provide high-level support to the Practice Manager and Director
- Diary, calendar, and email management
- Assist with billing, budgeting, and cost agreements
- Draft and prepare documents, with scope to move into legal support tasks
- Coordinate smooth day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For - 1–2 years’ experience in administration or an assistant role
- A proactive, organised, and ambitious mindset
- Exposure to legal or professional services is highly regarded
- A passion for building your career and taking on new challenges
