We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly regarded legal practice to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy Family Law practitioner.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and highly organised EA looking to join a professional, fast-paced environment where their expertise will be valued and recognised.
The Opportunity:
As the dedicated support to a respected Family Law practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a thriving practice (approximately 80% Family Law matters).
This is a hands-on position where you will act as a trusted right-hand, managing competing priorities and supporting the practitioner across all aspects of their practice.
Key Responsibilities: - Providing high-level EA support to a Family Law practitioner
- Managing complex diaries, calendars, court dates, and appointments
- Drafting and preparing legal bills, briefs, and documentation
- Managing billing processes using LEAP
- File and matter management within LEAP
- Liaising professionally with clients, barristers, and external stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to ensure seamless practice operations
About You: - Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant within Family Law
- Strong working knowledge of LEAP legal practice management software
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
