About the Role
You will be responsible for providing high-level Executive Assistance to 2 Directors while also playing a pivotal role in supporting client services and business operations.
This is a diverse role with direct client interaction, involvement in compliance and reporting, and opportunities to expand your skills across the business.
Duties - Diary and email management for Directors
- First point of contact for client enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Preparation, coordination, and processing of ASIC and ATO documentation
- Corporate secretarial support, including financial reports and company statements
- Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases
- Coordinating client communications and correspondence
- Supporting the business services team with administration and compliance tasks
- General office and team support as required
Skills & Experience - 7–9 years’ experience as an EA or in senior administration (2–4 years in a professional services firm will also be considered)
- Familiarity with ASIC and ATO portals
- Experience with CAS360, Xero, Xero Practice Manager, and ATO Smart Docs highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Professional services, accounting, or legal experience will be highly regarded
