The Role You will provide dedicated 1:1 support and be responsible for: - Preparing and filing Family Court documents
- Drafting initial correspondence and costs disclosures
- Diary management and coordinating appointments
- Electronic file management
- Time recording, billing and account administration
- Liaising with clients, courts and external stakeholders
- Monitoring client payments and debtor follow-up
- General legal administration and document management
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: - Previous experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant
- Strong understanding of family law processes and court documentation
- Experience using Affinity (highly regarded)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and professionalism
