Family Lawyer - 2+ yrs PQE

Are you a motivated early career lawyer eager to grow your family law practice? Our client, a highly regarded suburban law firm, is seeking a 2nd year lawyer to join their supportive Family Law team. Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and managing legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting discovery and summarising complex documents
• Preparing briefs, affidavits, and financial statements
• Advising clients and liaising with barristers, experts, and other parties
• Assisting with diary management, billing, and practice administration
• Participating in business development and staying up to date with case law

Who we’re looking for:

• 2nd year lawyers with experience in Family Law
• Admission to practice as a lawyer
• Previous experience in family law or client services is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while exercising sound judgment
