Generalist Lawyer: Family, Wills & Estates, Property | PART TIME 3+ yrs PQE

This is a part time role for an experienced solicitor who is confident running the full carriage of matters and wants to work in a genuinely family friendly, down to earth firm. You'll enjoy variety across family law, wills & estates and property law.

• Consent Orders

Wills & Estates:

• Drafting Wills and EPAs
• Probate and Letters of Administration
• Estate planning
• Complex and high-value estate matters

Property:

• Residential conveyancing
• Contract reviews and advice
• Some commercial property work
• PEXA experience helpful but not essential

You’ll have full carriage of matters and the support of an experienced principal when needed.

About You
This role will suit someone who:

• Has 3-4+ years PQE
• Is confident running files independently
• Is organised, practical, and a self-starter
• Enjoys working with a wide range of clients
• Is comfortable in a family friendly, informal office environment
• Is looking for part time work by choice, not as a stepping stone
