About the Role This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure and real responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare tax returns and financial statements for individuals, trusts, companies and SMSFs
- Assist with BAS, IAS and bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with clients and gather required information
- Support senior staff with research, tax queries and advisory preparation
- Participate in internal training sessions and technical development
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues across offices
About You You’re eager to grow, technically curious and ready to contribute to a high-performing, supportive accounting team.
You will have: - Minimum 6 months of hands-on public practice experience in Australia
- A completed Accounting degree (or nearing completion)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A desire to learn, take initiative and grow within the firm
- Exposure to Xero or other cloud accounting software (advantageous)
