HR Coordinator – Full-Time
Location: South Yarra

What You’ll Be Doing - Recruitment: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers in making confident hiring decisions
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage contracts, inductions, system access, and exit processes
- Performance Management: Assist with review cycles, goal setting, documentation, and maintaining confidential records
- Training & Development: Schedule and maintain records for internal and external training, supporting learning initiatives
- Team & Culture: Organise events, celebrate milestones, and enhance workplace engagement
- Policies & Compliance: Support HR policy updates, audits, reporting, and respond to employee queries professionally
- WHS Support: Assist with compliance, risk assessments, incident reporting, and training
About You - Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional and approachable, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Collaborative, proactive, and genuinely people-focused
Experience & Qualifications - Experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination experience
- Exposure to WHS is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary & Benefits - $80,000 – $90,000 + Super for junior to mid-level candidates
- $100,000+ + Super for candidates with 5+ years’ experience
